Rajendra Dhoj Joshi, a Citizen of Nepal, holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering. He served at the Faculty of Engineering, Tribhuvan University, Nepal for over two decades in various capacities including Professor of Electrical Engineering and Dean.
